This is your Sojourn and first and foremost we want you to love every minute. Below is a list of a few things you need to know in order to get the most out of your stay.

Check out before 10am
Please note due to allergies, the Coach House, Bo Blue and all surrounding grounds are strictly pet and smoke free. We appreciate your understanding.
Please refer to grounds map supplied for guest access areas. Please do not park in the parking space signed ‘private parking’, this is for the main residence.
Please take care when entering/exiting Bo Blue he has uneven steps.
The Coach House, Bo Blue and all surrounding grounds are strictly pet, smoking and BBQ free. Please be respectful of the neighbours and do not smoke on the road.
Bo’s guests are asked to please read instructions for the toilet and sink prior to first use. And please hoover/wipe windows each morning to alleviate condensation (details in welcome pack).
No children are permitted to stay in Bo Blue. Guests must be 16 years of age and over.
Whilst the Coach House sleeps 5, at least 1 needs to be a child due to the ‘high sleeper’ bed in the second bedroom being solely for the use of children aged 6years and over/NO adults are permitted on the ‘high sleeper’. The living area sofas are not to be used as ‘beds’, and no bedding is to be taken downstairs.
The Coach House has a private outside area directly to its front, and two designated parking spaces marked with ‘parking’. Please do not move outdoor seating from the designated area on the grounds map.
Bo Blue has a parking space adjacent to his private garden.
The Coach House and Bo Blue are part of a main residence and situated on a peaceful residential road. As such we request that noise is kept to a minimum particularly between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
Please do not wear shoes indoors, we recommend the use of slippers/indoor shoes. There is a shoe rack in the Coach House entrance and a shoe storage box outside Bo’s front door.
Absolutely no parties are permitted.
Due to the main residence including small children, we request that all guests drive slowly and with care when entering and leaving.
Ball games are prohibited on the grounds.
Please ensure you are suitably dressed when walking to and from the outdoor shower!
